The recovery process of the penis enlargement procedure may be a little tough, but will be totally worth it. After the surgery, you may experience some discomfort, pain, bruising and/or swelling, but the medication prescribed by your surgeon will help you control it. Right out of the procedure, our medical staff will wrap your penis with either brown tape or Coban, which you will have to keep on for a week. After that, you’ll have to do the wrapping yourself every day for up to a month.
The day after the procedure, you’ll have to dome some stretching exercises using your hands. At first, 10 to 15 seconds every 2 hours and, on the 6th day after the surgery, 3 to 4 minutes every 2 hours. After a week, you’ll have to use a stretching device and stretch for up to two hours a day. These exercise are crucial to your recovery process, since they will prevent your penis from retracting and it will also increase length.
You must avoid any heavy physical activities, such as sports and lifting heavy objects. Also, sexual activity is not recommended for a period of 6 weeks after the surgery.

When can I resume my normal activities?

It is very important to avoid long sun exposure for a considerable amount of time after the surgery to prevent pigmentation on the scars. Depending on the procedure, your surgeon will tell you exactly for how long you must avoid this.
Should I consider a specific time of the year to do my procedure?
