The eyelid surgery is a minimally invasive procedure. However, it does have some consequences on our face that we should take care of. After the procedure, swelling and bruising may appear, as well as discomfort and pain, but the medication prescribed by your surgeon will help you control it; you can also walk and use cool compresses to reduce this. Your eyes may also tear and you may have temporary blurred vision as well as sensitivity to light, which are side effects of this procedure.
Also, if any suture, bandage or compression garment were applied, a) theyāll dissolve naturally, b) theyāll have to be removed by your cosmetic surgeon or c) you may remove them yourself when he says itās time; it depends on the case.
