The recovery process is quite short and harmless. After the Cheek and Neck Liposuction is done, you’ll have to use a compression garment around the chin area. This will help with the blood circulation, reduce the swelling and bring support to the cheeks & neck. Some discomfort may appear, but the medication prescribed by your surgeon will help you control it.
When he tells you to, your surgeon will remove the compression garment carefully and any sutures will a) dissolve naturally, b) be removed by your cosmetic surgeon or c) you may remove them yourself when he says it’s time; it depends on the case.
Don’t forget to follow your surgeon’s instructions and to attend every one of your appointments. We need to work as a team to achieve the ultimate results.

When can I resume my normal activities?
