This recovery process is short and weāll do everything we can to make it as comfortable as possible for you. First, your forehead will be taped and your head will be wrapped with a bandage to minimize swelling and bruising. It is also possible that your surgeon will have to place thin tubes to drain any excess blood or fluid.
You must be aware that discomfort, pain or nausea may appear during the first days after the surgery, but the medication prescribed by your surgeon will help you control it. Also, if any suture, bandage or compression garment were applied, a) theyāll dissolve naturally, b) theyāll have to be removed by your cosmetic surgeon or c) you may remove them yourself when he says itās time; it depends on the case.
Donāt forget to follow your surgeonās instructions and to attend every one of your appointments. We need to work as a team to achieve the ultimate results.

When can I go back to work and resume my normal activities?
