No tome antidepresivos, como Zoloft (setraline y otros), o remedios con hierbas durante 2 semanas antes de la cirug\u00eda, a menos que este autorizado por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evoclinic.mx\/medical-staff\/\">cirujano<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Presi\u00f3n. Si presentas presi\u00f3n alta o tienes 40 a\u00f1os en adelante, es necesario que est\u00e9s monitoreando tu PA, m\u00ednimo 2 veces por semana y avisar en caso de cualquier alteraci\u00f3n a tu asesor para que te proporcione instrucciones o informacion de importancia.<\/li>\n<li>Fumar. Dejar de fumar cigarrillo o tabaco por lo menos 2 semanas antes de la intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica. En caso de fumar marihuana abstenerse 4 semanas antes de su cirug\u00eda; esto aportara siempre un beneficio para disminuir el riesgo de alguna complicaci\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n de su cirug\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;UNA SEMANA ANTES DE TU CIRUG\u00cdA&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1496942591016-0c036f57-371c&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<ol>\n<li>Alimentos. Es importante considerar llevar una dieta HIPO-SODICA (Alimentos libres de sal), evitar carnes rojas y bebidas con cafe\u00edna<\/li>\n<li>Bebidas Alcoh\u00f3licas y\/o Suplementos. El beber alcohol aumenta la posibilidad, que los antibi\u00f3ticos suministrados sean poco efectivos y de presentarse una complicaci\u00f3n o infecci\u00f3n estos medicamentos no tengan efecto positivo en corto tiempo. Evitar suplementos de ajo en polvo y\/o vitamina E, los cuales son anticoagulantes y pueden predisponer al organismo a sangrado excesivo y formaci\u00f3n de hematomas.<\/li>\n<li>Medicamentos, descongestionantes o antiinflamatorios. No tomar aspirina (Anacin, Bufferin, aspirina para ni\u00f1os), ibuprofen (advil, motrin, nuprin), naproxen (aleve), o cualquier otro medicamento antiinflamatorio similar a los antes mencionados y descongestionantes tales como Sudafed o Actifed para evitar problemas de sangrado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;UN D\u00cdA ANTES DE TU CIRUG\u00cdA&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1496943082663-1363a861-6516&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<ol>\n<li>Descansar. Despu\u00e9s de tu cirug\u00eda el personal de enfermer\u00eda le proporcionara en el momento indicado liquido o alimento as\u00ed como indicaciones de la dieta a realizara para el periodo de recuperaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Objetos de Valor. Evitar traer objetos como joyer\u00eda, Ipads, Laptop. No los necesitaras y cl\u00ednica no se hace responsable de estos objetos.<\/li>\n<li>Maquillaje y otros. En especifico para las mujeres, no presentarse maquilladas y en general para hombres y mujeres evitar el uso de perfume, cremas y llegar con rostro limpio<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Accesorios. Para prevenir manchas o liquido en tus asientos del carro, te sugerimos traer contigo una toalla y\/o un pl\u00e1stico para cubrirlos.<\/li>\n<li>Peso y dieta. No hagas dietas o pierdas peso dram\u00e1ticamente despu\u00e9s de tu cirug\u00eda. Todos los pacientes deben estar en una dieta balanceada y saludable durante 2 semanas despu\u00e9s de la cirug\u00eda. Dietas liquidas, dietas bajas en calor\u00edas. El que tu empieces con una dietas para perder peso de manera r\u00e1pida pueden causar irregularidades cardiacas, complicaciones quir\u00fargicas o una mala cicatrizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Enfermedad o cualquier padecimiento por menor que sea. Por favor informarnos de cualquier alergia, trastornos o enfermedades como la tiroides, la hepatitis C, presi\u00f3n arterial alta, diabetes o incluso una tos o gripe.<\/li>\n<li>Advertencia acerca de medicamento.Si tienes indicaciones de tu m\u00e9dico de tomar anticoagulantes de forma regular ya sea para derrame cerebral, infarto, artritis severa, fibrilaci\u00f3n Auricular (latidos irregulares del coraz\u00f3n) o por contar con una pr\u00f3tesis valvular card\u00edaca, deber\u00e1s consultar con tu medico, cuando se debe suspender este medicamento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lee las etiquetas de todos los medicamentos que toma regularmente.
